Eight years of experience has made it clear that parents often need a quality Child Care Provider to take care of their Littles while away at work. I do my best to accommodate all of my clients needs, so don’t hesitate to get in touch with special requests or concerns you may have.
Dietary & Nutrition

Daily I provide a hardy, wholesome & healthy breakfast, morning snack, lunch & afternoon snack. In August 2021 I completed my Food Handler Certification Course. The price for your child’s meals is included within the monthly fees. Never have to worry about packing your child a lunch or snacks when bringing them to Pitter Patter. Every month I construct a new, child friendly menu. Pitter Patter is a peanut free facility. Any and all allergies are taken into consideration and very carefully monitored. It is one of my top priorities to have your child fed and happy and never to leave hungry from my Day Home.

As an experienced Child Care Provider, I am here to provide the quality care you children deserve. I also provide bi-weekly planned lessons to always have something fun and exciting for the children to do! Everything from science experiments, arts & crafts, cooking, gross & fine motor activities, games, music, stories and so much more.

A Little About Myself
My Story
Hello Everybody,
My name is Carley Faba, I have lived in Calgary for 3 years now. I moved here with my husband Joshua as he was born & raised here. We got married in August of this past summer. I really enjoy living in Calgary, especially in the Killarney area. Previously I worked at Happy Time Day Care up until May when I made the choice to venture off on my own once again. My last 8 years of experience have included working at 3 Day Cares in difference cities/towns in Alberta such as Medicine Hat, Consort & Calgary as well as owning a Day Home in Oyen Alberta. I graduated from college in 2014 with honours in Child and Youth Care, which transfers into my level 3 childcare certification- Child Development Supervisor. Since a very young age I have always loved to be around children as they bring me great joy and warmth within my heart. I have an enormous passion for helping children, learn, develop and grow. Over the past 8 years of working in the childcare industry I have came to realize how rewarding of a career I have and for this I am truly blessed. I look forward to serving many families in the future.

I looked after up to 16 children at a time while at this position along with my assistant. I supervised them at play, read stories, comforted them, and helped them grow. I had the privilege of working with children involved in the PUFF program (children with disabilities). While at this position, I saw firsthand the positive impact that kindness and compassion can have on a child’s development.

While working in this position at Happy Time, I gained valuable experience guiding young children so they’d reach their milestones. I became a trusted and integral part of each family and am still in touch with many of the children and families I took care of. Hearing from them and knowing I’ve affected their lives fills me with pride and joy!

In my past Day Home in Oyen I cared for several families. I planned many different activities for the children on a daily basis to keep the atmosphere fun and exciting to keep the children engaged and looking forward to the following day. Working with children of various ages also helped me create and learn techniques that will allow me to care for your child, no matter what age.
